We would be happy to accept your resume for the following positions:

Quality Manager:

A minimum of five years of QC/QA experience with using all mechanical inspection tools, blueprint reading, QC gages, and mechanical measurement equipment required. Knowledge of inspection of large metal fabrications, weldments, machined parts, painted/powder coated parts and assemblies needed. Knowledge of handling root cause, and corrective action systems, and appropriate documentation, and calibration controls required. Job Shop and supervisory/management experience a plus. Candidate would be in charge of performing hands-on in process and final inspections and effectively managing a QA/QC system with two mechanical inspectors.

Sales Engineers:

Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, review blueprints and other documents to develop and prepare cost estimates. Communicate with existing customers for both sales and technical support. Blueprint reading and understanding is a must.

Process Engineers:

Develop procedures for fabricating sheetmetal and tubular products. Must have thorough knowledge of sheetmetal punching, forming, welding, and grinding as well as machining operations.

Manufacturing Engineers:

Derive and implement innovations in sheetmetal and structural fabricating. Individuals will be challenged to be hands on in: designing tooling and fixtures, recommending alternative technologies, justifying capital equipment, and spear heading cost reduction programs.

Quality Control Inspectors:

Individuals must be experienced in reading blueprints, using QC instruments and will be responsible for work in process and final inspection of metal fabrications.

Press Brake Operators:

Form parts on various size hydraulic press brakes in a prototype and production environment. Must be able to read blueprints and work orders. Must be able to use measuring instruments such as verniers and height gages.

Welders:

Must be able to weld steel, stainless steel and aluminum using TIG and MIG processes. Must be able to read and understand blueprints, weld symbols, work orders and setup sheets.

CNC Machining Programmers:

Derive milling machine programs for BOSS, Fanuc, Heidenhein controls using Mastercam software. Individuals must be able to derive machine process and select appropriate tooling and fixtures to complete jobs per specs.

CNC Sheetmetal Programmers:

Derive machine programs for Strippit punch presses and Cincinnati laser cutters using CAM software. Must be able to read blueprints and work with typical 2D and 3D CAD packages.

Office Clerical:

Basic office activities including but not limited to: filing, sorting paperwork and data entry.

Production Control:

Plan and coordinate production schedules for each of our major work centers with computer scheduling programs. General computer proficiency required.

Material Coordinators:

Implement systems for minimizing material inventory levels and improving inventory control accuracy. General computer proficiency required.

Mechanical Engineer:

Research, plan, and design mechanical systems. Directs activities involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation and repair of all Anco’s mechanical equipment and systems. Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines. Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal specifications and manuals to determine feasibility of design application. 2 years min exp. Master’s degree required. 40 hr/wk, 9am-5pm.
